Happy Wednesday!! Thanks to Jenn for hosting again! So this week I actually followed the Fall into Good Habits theme! Shocking, I know. These past few weeks I have been resisting any slight urge of mine to embrace the fact that fall is coming. I have been avoiding going too overboard on the pumpkin and tried to look past the apples at the farmers market in favor of peaches. But my friends, saturday is the first day of Fall, so I figure I might at well start saying goodbye to my beloved summer days. I even bought a pumpkin today at the farmers market as a sign of my acceptance that I am embracing the Fall season.
Breakfast
Oats in a Jar of the BEST Peanut Butter Ever!! I grew up on this brand of peanut butter, and I swear that any other brand of peanut butter I try just isn’t as good! I also has some chai tea. I haven’t updated you guys yet, but a few weeks ago I decided to go cold turkey on coffee, and so far I have had great results! I love the fact that I am no longer reliant on my morning cup of joe and I realized how much I really love tea. I’ve had an occasional cup of coffee here and there but nothing crazy and my energy levels have been very stable since adjusting to life without a jolt of caffeine in the mornings.
Snack

Morning Glory Muffin (recipe to come later)
Lunch
A bed of spinach topped with tomatoes, red bell pepper, mushrooms, carrots, and Kirkland’s No-Salt Seasoning. I LOVE this seasoning. The fact that it comes in such a massive container does not even phase me because you can seriously put it on anything.
Snack/Dinner
Granny Smith Apple + Mary’s Gone Herb Crackers + Cheddar Cheese that I got at the farmers market. I really AM NOT a cheese person, but I have been loving this combo recently.

Looking forward to that muffin recipe…they look pretty “glorious”.
Happy WIAW!
Woah I can’t believe you went cold turkey on coffee!! I’m impressed!
