I have a hard time resisting the peanut butter jar. Especially when I am armed with pretzels. I probably eat more peanut butter via pretzels than I do on normal foods. PB&J is overrated, it all about the PB&Pretzels. And if I happen to sprinkle some chocolate chips on top? Don’t mind if I do…
Rather than shamelessly eating pretzels that have taken a dip into the peanut butter jar and then been covered in chocolate chips, I decided to make myself more socially acceptable by uniting all three forces into a delicious cookie.
Peanut Butter Pretzel & Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 eggs
1/2 cup loosely packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup broken pretzel pieces
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Combine flour and baking soda in a medium bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl combine peanut butter, greek yogurt, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until there is a uniform consistency.
Mix dry ingredients into the wet, followed by the addition of the pretzels and chocolate chips.
Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes.
Yields ~ 18 cookies
Seeing as its New Years Eve, I have made the resolution to make more cookies like these

I’m a big peanut butter fan (not fancy peanut butter but just normal). I try and have a serving or two a day but if it’s not measured out it ends up being the whole jar LOL. These look amazing!

Probably my favorite combo EVER. I love how you used Greek yogurt too. I’ve been working on incorporating this into more recipes.
