There are no obscure sandwich ingredients in this guy, but sometimes simplicity tastes better than any fancy carmalizedoniongoatcheesemangochutneyglutenfreewrap thingy that I am usually oh-so eager to try.
Over Christmas Break I went a 3 solid weeks without ever stepping foot inside a Starbucks. 3 WEEKS people! But now that I’m back at school it is just way to convenient to pop into Starbucks for an afternoon pick me up.
To compliment the caffeine pumping through my veins I decided to elevate my blood glucose levels even more with a massive apple and an unsaid amount of chocolates from my wonderful NannyFam. Sugar + caffeine is stellar combo.
1 egg + 3 egg white (later drowned in ketchup & sriracha)
kale + bell pepper + mushrooms + parsnips
Puffins pillows of joy + cornflakes + peanut butter + banana + yogurt + mixed berries
