Hello there! Excuse my absence, I kinda forgot to blog this past week, but what better way to get back into the game than What I Ate Wednesday? I love loads of posts that I have started and have yet to finish so think of this WIAW as a little appetizer
oats, wheat bran, protein powder, banana, defrosted berries, peanut butter
1 egg + 3 egg white, kale, carrots, mushrooms, bell pepper, all topped with ketchup & sriracha and avocado toast
snackage: insert lots of pretzels & puffins dipped in peanut butter, dark chocolate and an apple to round out my well-balanced meal
grilled romaine with steak, red onions, tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and balsamic reduction
