Hello and welcome to my little corner of the world!
My name is Theresa and I am a foodie, endorphin-junkie, and lover of all things involving sunshine!
I am currently a senior of UC Santa Barbara studying Biopsychology by day, and the inner-workings of my kitchen by night. I can’t pinpoint when exactly my love of food was born, but my mom tells me that I was her baby who ate EVERYTHING. So I guess that means circa 1991 I’ve been doing my best to expand my epicurean horizons. I make it a point to hang out at farmers markets, co-ops, and Trader Joe’s on the regular, trying to pack as much glorious food as humanly possible into my body.
I love working out, and recently my exercise philosophy has been that variety is the spice of life. I am an ex-rower thanks to a not so fun back injury and consequentially surgery. I’m still recovering and trying to get back to my “new normal” (I’m not even really sure what that entails) but in the meantime I have been enjoying dabbing in anything and everything my body can handle.
Be prepared to find loads of foodie talk around here, a fair share of exercise chat, and a sprinkle of random life musings!

I haven’t been to the beach in about a year, you’re so lucky to live there! I want to move to SoCal someday (maybe after grad?)
I am truly blessed! If you get the chance to move out here, DO IT! the lifestyle here is so relaxed and even though I have lived here all my life, I am still in awe of the beautiful views

No way, same here! I am originally from the Huntington Beach area and now go to UCSB. I totally fell in love with the Central Coast and never want to leave!
